Racks are designed for use with a forklifts (or other hydraulic
or electrical lifts) or for heavy duty hand stacking. Our pallet
racks are designed to resist corner and side impact damage… your
storage area down time is minimal.
Boltless beam connection means easy adjustment, quick assembly,
flexibility and low maintenance. All components are designed and
manufactured in strict accordance with the Rack Manufacturers Institute
(RMI) and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
This Popular Tear Drop Design is Interchangeable with the following
pallet rack manufacturers: Interlake (Original Style), Space Rack,
USP, Salmon, Lodi Metal-Tech, Steel King, and Husky. Popular tear

''add-on units'' One Starter Unit consists of two uprights and
four beams (two levels). Add-On Levels require one upright and
at least four beams (two levels).
All uprights are one-piece; all welded and
made from high tensile strength 14 gauge steel. Order two uprights
to make one free
standing unit. Use an upright as a single end upright or between
two bays. Welded-on footplate distributes load and allows for
floor anchoring. Face of upright is punched every 2". Capacities
listed are based on non-seismic installation. Capacities can
be substantially reduced depending on load beam configuration.

heavy-duty high tensile strength 14-gauge steel. Beam length
is measured
by the amount of clear
span between uprights. Each beam features a built-in safety
clip that prevents detachment from upright. Two beams are required

This heavy duty Cantilever Rack is ideal for
storing tubes, bar stock or other long materials. Available with
either
single sided
or double sided base. Columns are available in 8', 10' or 12'
heights. Arms are available in; 24". 36” to 48" and
have 3" spacing increments, Arms utilize 14 gauge steel:
Two bases/columns, one brace set and arms are required to make
one free standing starter unit. Additional sections can be added
to starter unit by purchasing one additional base/column, one
brace set and arms to make a continuous row. All parts are sold
separately for easy customization or replacement.
Pipe racks are designed to handle bars, pipes,
structural tubes, angles, rods and more. A set of moveable
extensions lengthen
the arms so that the levels can be loaded and unloaded without
disturbing the tiers above. End pieces are welded into place
in widths up to 8’ Each Arm has a 400 pounds capacity
The Horizontal stock rack is designed to
hold raw stock length-wise. When multiple units are used stock
can be any length. This unit
is 84” high with a 22” square base and is tapered
to 4.5” at the top. Angled steel arms are spaced every
8.5” and extend 8” from uprights. Capacity per pair
of arms is 100 lbs. Unit weight is 60 lbs.
The
Vertical Stock Rack stores long pieces of stock vertically
while smaller sizes are kept on pan shelves. High-strength, tubular
steel arms extend 8" from the frame. Pan shelves are spaced
21" apart. The unit's base is 36" wide by 24" deep.
Overall height is 84" and the
rack's capacity is 2,000 Ibs.
